Job Description:

Seeking an experienced SAP MM Lead Consultant with a strong background in the automotive manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP MM (Materials Management) solutions, ensuring alignment with industry-specific requirements such as just-in-time (JIT) inventory, vendor-managed inventory (VMI), and compliance with global automotive standards.

Lead end-to-end SAP MM implementations and rollouts across global automotive manufacturing sites.

Analyze and map business processes related to procurement, inventory, and supply chain to SAP MM functionalities.

Configure SAP MM modules including Purchasing, Inventory Management, Valuation, and Invoice Verification.

Integrate MM with other SAP modules (e.g., PP, SD, WM, FI/CO) and third-party automotive systems (e.g., MES, EDI).

Ensure compliance with international regulatory standards (e.g., IATF 16949, SOX, VAT, ZATCA, GST).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support digital transformation and smart factory initiatives.

Provide leadership in data migration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.

Manage and mentor junior consultants and offshore teams.

Proven experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.

Strong understanding of automotive supply chain processes, including JIT, Kanban, and lean manufacturing.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.
