Compensation
Pay Range:$51.26-$73.24/Hrs

Description
* Oversee delivery of collaboration and productivity solutions.
* Ensure end-to-end service delivery with a focus on user experience and quality.
* Manage program execution, including financials, risks, and dependencies.
* Design solutions compliant with risk and compliance policies.
* Engage with teams to document dependencies and manage relationships.
* Design and execute user migration, communication, and training plans.
* Lead service management improvements to enhance service quality.

Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate solution-driven discussions and lead complex architectural designs.
* Manage program execution health, including financials and risks.
* Design compliant solutions that adhere to relevant policies and standards.
* Engage with teams to identify dependencies and manage escalations.
* Track risk assessments and ensure controls are in place before launch.
* Design user migration and training plans, creating necessary collateral.
* Lead the design of support models and create service desk collateral.

Qualifications
* 10 years of experience delivering technology solutions.
* Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to interpret technology updates for applicability.
* Effective interaction skills with customers and leadership.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Proficiency in general office software and advanced diagramming tools.
* Bachelor s degree preferred.
