Job Title: Program Manager

The Role:
As Program Manager (Contingent Worker) you will be working closely with the Chief of Staff, Enterprise Architecture to drive strategic projects, manage roadmaps, track and escalate due dates, and program manage ad hoc projects. We are looking for a candidate that is highly energetic, organized, flexible, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to manage and prioritize competing priorities. The ideal candidate needs to be a self-starter, comfortable managing high demand and ambiguity, and must have a strong eye for details especially roadmap dates, PowerPoint presentations and formatting.
Responsibilities:
Develops the program strategy and the various enterprise-wide high-level project plans with scope and approach are fully understood by all partners.
Ensures integration of projects and adjusts project scope, timing, and budgets as needed, based on objectives.
Identifies and tracks key achievements and recommends adjustments to cross-functional team plans.
Ensures accurate reflection of project/program budgets, forecasts and actuals with related tools.
Monitors and communicates the progress of the delivery and ensures timely and effective communication of the status in terms of cost, forecast, schedule and assessment of risks/issues.
Negotiates and influences cross-functional teams to ensure appropriate resourcing levels are engaged and maintained throughout the execution of the plan.
Anticipates program/project risks and issues and ensures that appropriate mitigation planning is in place to avoid compromising delivery.
Ensures effective usage of change control procedures and processes to retain control on scope, schedule and cost.
Adds to continual process improvement or re-engineering activities.
Communicates with key partners with regard to program strategy direction and changes
Be an inspiring leader, reviewing current and future needs alongside Technology, Product and Business partners.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience supporting and working with teams in a dynamic environment.
Extensive business/industry work experience leading large/complex programs.
Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks within specified timeframes.
Ability to adapt to situations in order to quickly resolve issues and/or gain alignment.
Ability to effectively negotiate and influence to reach desired outcomes.
Ability to use business and technical experience to identify impacts or risks and build plans to mitigate them.
Ability to prioritize and work independently or with minimal direction.
