Business Analyst
Location: Sacramento, CA
1 - 2 Years, long term project
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and provide recommendations.
Process Improvement: Evaluate business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with executives, managers, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities
Documentation: Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation of findings and recommendations.
Project Support: Assist in the planning and execution of business initiatives by providing data-driven insights.
Monitoring Impact: Track the implementation of recommended changes and assess their effectiveness.
MQ # MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS
1 Five (5) years of experience researching, developing, editing and reviewing technical documents for software, hardware, technical procedures, and computer related services, and performing document management and version control processes.
2 Five (5) years of experience with Microsoft Office products using advanced principal features of Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Excel.
3 Two (2) years of experience performing IT technical writing including online help, design specifications, manuals, test plans, and how-to-guides. Experience can include being in a position as a specialist or research assistant in a technical field.
DQ # DESIREABLE QUALIFICATIONS
1 Two (2) years of experience using Atlassian Jira in an agile development project.
2 Two (2) years of experience in a State/Dept. of Health care Service project
