Position: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect

Location: Remote Work

Job Type: Contract Role

Exp: 12+ Years

Job Description:

Experience designing and implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) solutions, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, MobileConnect, and Email Studio.

Expertise in AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, and data modelling for Marketing Cloud.

Ability to architect multi-business unit structures, shared data extensions, and governance frameworks.

Strong understanding of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, HIPAA compliance and consent management within SFMC.

Experience integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM and third-party platforms via APIs and Marketing Cloud Connect.

Skilled in dynamic content, personalization strategies, and advanced segmentation for omnichannel campaigns.

Ability to lead migration projects (assets, data, automations) and optimize existing implementations.

Excellent documentation and communication skills for stakeholder alignment and technical handoff.
