Program Manager

Location: Northeastern United States (Hybrid)

Compensation
Pay Range:$73.50-$105.00/Hrs

Description
* Lead enhancement projects across multiple business and technology teams.
* Plan and manage projects, including budgeting and resource allocation.
* Conduct status reporting and maintain program logs.
* Facilitate working groups to ensure successful program delivery.
* Provide updates to senior management and stakeholders.
* Oversee program resources, including third-party providers.
* Experience with generic technology management and program setup preferred.

Key Responsibilities
* Drive enhancement projects across teams in a hybrid environment.
* Stand up projects for realistic execution, including planning and budgeting.
* Execute weekly project and portfolio status reporting.
* Run working groups to support program delivery.
* Share information with senior management and stakeholders.
* Oversee program and project resources.

Qualifications
* Strong experience in project management methodologies and reporting.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to lead meetings and provide clear direction.
* Strong adaptability and prioritization skills.
* 7-10 years of experience in project management.
