Location: Dodge Center, MN (Onsite, 5 days/week)

Core Must-Haves

  • JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 (or 8.12) experience

  • Strong manufacturing industry background (preferably heavy/complex, multi-site)

  • Hands-on with:

    • Work Orders, BOMs, PDM, MRP, Cost Accounting

  • Functional/technical spec writing

  • OMW (Object Management Workbench), version control, processing options, security

  • 7+ years relevant experience; able to lead small cross-functional projects

  • Onsite in Dodge Center (Rochester, MN nearby is an option for living)

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to act as liaison between business & IT

Strong Pluses

  • Configurator (CPQ) experience

  • Understanding of Change Management (CN) processes

  • ERP integrations with MES, CPQ, DSI, Reliance QMS, Smart Team, SolidWorks

Role Overview

The Lead JD Edwards Systems Analyst will act as the bridge between functional owners in manufacturing, engineering, sales, supply chain, and accounting and the technical teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Gathering requirements, designing solutions, writing functional/technical specs, and managing system configuration.

  • Leading cross-functional projects, testing, and documentation.

  • Providing production support and mentoring junior analysts.
