Job Details
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices (hardware/software).
- Troubleshoot OS (Windows, macOS, Linux), applications, and network.
- Manage user accounts and access based on security policies.
- Imaging and deploying new/replacement devices.
- Manage tools like SCCM, Intune, Jamf for patching, inventory, policies.
- Support Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, conferencing tools.
- Create and maintain SOPs for digital workplace support.
- Troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi issues.
- Knowledge of VPNs, cloud, network topology.
- Collaborate with infra teams on issues and documentation.
- Enforce security: antivirus, encryption, DLP, MFA.
- Incident response support.
- Promote cybersecurity awareness.
- Ensure compliance with frameworks (e.g., CMMC, NIST).
- Track inventory, software licenses, support cases.
- Update documentation and user guides.
- Create performance/support metrics reports.
- Contribute to upgrades, migrations, new tech rollouts.
Technical Skills
- Operating Systems: Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS/Android (bonus).
- Endpoint tools: Intune, SCCM, Jamf.
- Identity: AD, Azure AD, GPOs, IAM.
- M365 Suite: Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online.
- Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi.
- Infrastructure: VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, AWS.
- Cybersecurity: Endpoint protection, MFA, frameworks like ISO 27001.
- Scripting: PowerShell, Bash.
- ITSM: ITIL or other ITSM familiarity.
