Key Responsibilities

  • Lead End-to-End Process Architecture: Design, document, and enhance finance-related business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and compliance standards.
  • Facilitate Process Improvement Initiatives: Conduct collaborative workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders to identify pain points, uncover root causes, and drive sustainable process improvements.
  • Process Modeling & Documentation: Develop high-quality process maps, workflows, and supporting documentation using industry-standard tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio, or similar).
  • Performance & Compliance Monitoring: Partner with Finance leadership to define KPIs and controls that track the efficiency, accuracy, and compliance of finance processes.
  • Change Management: Act as a change champion, guiding stakeholders through process changes with clear communication, training, and support strategies.
  • Technology Alignment: Collaborate with IT, ERP, and automation teams to ensure finance processes are well-supported by current and emerging technologies.
  • Continuous Improvement Culture: Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the Finance organization through the application of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or MBA a plus)
  • 5+ years of experience in business process architecture, finance operations, or process improvement roles
  • Strong working knowledge of core financial processes (e.g., P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A)
  • Proven experience facilitating cross-functional process improvement workshops
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools and methodologies (BPMN, Lean Six Sigma, etc.)
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification strongly preferred
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) and process automation tools is a plus
