The ideal candidate is deeply technical, with strong Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) expertise, and has a proven track record in building scalable, maintainable, and enterprise-grade Salesforce applications. You will work closely with stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to implement solutions that align with business goals while maintaining Salesforce best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
  • Implement and optimize triggers, batch classes, schedulable jobs, and asynchronous Apex as needed.
  • Build reusable and scalable Lightning components with LWC and Aura Framework.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, and Platform Events.
  • Participate in all phases of the SDLC, from requirement gathering and design to implementation and deployment.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Architects, and Product Owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce governor limits, security best practices, and maintain code quality.
  • Perform unit testing, peer code reviews, and support deployment through CI/CD pipelines using tools like SFDX, Git, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in complex Salesforce implementations.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Apex classes, triggers, LWC, Aura, and SOQL/SOSL.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and platform capabilities.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools like MuleSoft or Dell Boomi).
  • Experience with Salesforce DX, Git-based version control, and CI/CD deployment tools.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Shield, Event Monitoring, Platform Events, and asynchronous processing.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I & II, App Builder, Integration Architecture Designer).
  • Exposure to Salesforce Industries (Vlocity), Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud is a plus.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, or AutoRabit.
