Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Fraud Solutions Functional Lead :
- Lead the strategic planning and implementation of a new enterprise fraud solution, ensuring it meets all regulatory, compliance, and business requirements.
- Drive the fraud strategy, including technology design, operations alignment, and governance structures.
- Supervise and mentor a team of fraud-focused business analysts, ensuring delivery excellence.
- Validate and prioritize business requirements for fraud detection, prevention, and case management workflows.
- Serve as the primary liaison with internal and external stakeholders to ensure fraud programs meet compliance and performance standards.
Required Skills for Fraud Solutions Functional Lead :
- 12+ years of fraud prevention experience within financial institutions or service providers.
- Proven ownership of fraud solution design, implementation, and regulatory compliance.
- Extensive experience with fraud technologies such as Actimize, Verafin, Quantexa, SAS, SymphonyAI, or equivalent.
- Strong leadership experience directing cross-functional teams and fraud technology initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder presentations.
