The Opportunity
As a Manager in our Artificial Intelligence and Data team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of Physical AI initiatives. You will leverage your extensive experience to provide high-level guidance and best practices to clients and internal teams, enabling the successful integration of advanced technologies in robotics and AI applications. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence how organizations harness the power of Physical AI, driving innovation and delivering impactful solutions across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives and guiding teams in the delivery of Physical AI solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing strategic plans for Physical AI projects, aligning technology solutions with stakeholder business objectives.
Providing high-level technical guidance and best practices in the integration of software and hardware components within Physical AI applications.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in AI and robotics solutions.
Engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges, offering strategic insights and recommendations for effective Physical AI adoption.
Leading the development of thought leadership materials, including white papers and case studies, to showcase best practices and innovative approaches in Physical AI.
Mentoring and coaching team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Robotics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering).
5-8 years of experience in Robotics, Digital Twin, Computer Vision, or related fields, with a strong focus on strategic planning, technology integration, and project management.
Proven experience in developing and implementing technology strategies that drive business value and innovation, with a track record of successful project delivery.
Strong knowledge of AI and robotics technologies, including familiarity with emerging trends and best practices for their application across various industries.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks, with experience in leading cross-functional teams to drive successful project execution.
Experience in engaging with stakeholders at a strategic level, providing insights and recommendations that align with their business goals and operational needs.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions that leverage advanced technologies in AI and robotics.
Familiarity with data management and analysis tools, as well as experience in leveraging data to inform strategic decisions and optimize project outcomes.
Excellent leadership skills, with a proven ability to mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to guide project direction and support alignment with stakeholder objectives.
Excellent communication skills to clearly convey findings, recommendations, and opportunities for improvement to stakeholders and team members.
Ideally, You'll Also Have
An advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in a STEM-related field, such as Robotics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
A solid understanding of Machine Learning (ML) workflows, including ingesting, analyzing, transforming data, and evaluating results to make meaningful predictions.
Knowledge of best practices in change management, with the ability to guide organizations through the adoption of new technologies and processes.
