Job Title: Senior Oracle Financial Project Manager (EBS & Cloud)

Location: Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Oracle Financial Project Manager with strong experience in managing Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud Financials implementations, particularly within the manufacturing industry. This role will lead cross-functional teams through the delivery of finance transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project management for Oracle Financials initiatives across both EBS and Oracle Cloud platforms.
Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of finance transformation programs, upgrades, and migrations.
Collaborate with finance stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change control processes.
Coordinate business process mapping and improvements in line with Oracle best practices.
Ensure compliance with manufacturing-specific financial controls, reporting, and regulatory requirements.
Provide status updates, executive dashboards, and project governance artifacts to stakeholders.
Act as a liaison between business and IT teams, ensuring business requirements are effectively translated into Oracle solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of project management experience in Oracle ERP environments.
Proven experience managing both Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Cloud Financials projects.
Strong knowledge of core finance modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Project Accounting.
Experience working in or delivering for manufacturing organizations; understanding of costing, inventory valuation, and supply chain financial integration.
Familiarity with hybrid environments and phased migrations from EBS to Cloud.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA).

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
Hands-on Oracle Cloud Financials or EBS functional knowledge.
Experience in SOX compliance, audit support, and regulatory reporting in the manufacturing sector.
Oracle certification (Cloud or EBS Financials) is a plus.
