Scrum Lead ( Project Management)

Role: Scrum Lead ( Project Management) Remote (PST) Contract 3-6 months
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Scrum Lead to guide and coach Agile development teams in the successful implementation of the Scrum framework. The Scrum Lead will play a critical role in fostering a culture of collaboration, self-organization, and continuous improvement. This position involves providing leadership, removing impediments, and facilitating the execution of Agile principles and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:

• Scrum Framework Leadership - Lead and coach Agile development teams on the Scrum framework, promoting Agile values and principles.
• Team Empowerment - Foster a self-organizing and high-performing team by promoting Agile best practices and collaboration.
• Continuous Improvement - Encourage the team to embrace a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder Engagement - Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication, understanding, and alignment on project goals and priorities.
• Metrics and Reporting - Monitor and report on team performance using Agile metrics like velocity, burndown charts, and cycle time.
• Quality Assurance - Ensure that the team follows quality standards and Agile best practices.
• Mentoring and Coaching - Mentor and guide Scrum team members and other Scrum Masters in Agile principles and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is highly preferred.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master with a track record of successful Scrum framework implementation.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
