Need a power Platform Admin who can manage the environments, support citizen led development and manage security as well for the power platform admin..

 

  1. Power Platform Expertise: In-depth technical proficiency across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and related tools
  2. Strategic Vision & Governance: Ability to align Power Platform initiatives with business goals and establish robust governance, security, and compliance frameworks
  3. Developer Advocacy: Passion for empowering and mentoring citizen and professional developers, fostering an internal Power Platform community
  4. Adoption & Change Management: Proven ability to drive user engagement, facilitate training, and manage organizational change for successful adoption
  5. Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent verbal and written communication to engage executives, IT, business users, and developers effectively
  6. Architecture & Design: Power Platform solution design, including data modeling and integration, exposure to data security best practices to protect sensitive healthcare information, experience in applying Microsoft's Well-Architected Framework principles to Power Platform solutions, exposure to Microsoft Copilot and GenAI in general
  7. Project Management: Capability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely execution of CoE activities
  8. Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Strong aptitude for analyzing business challenges and identifying effective Power Platform solutions
