Principal DevOps Engineer

Step into a role where you define the future of infrastructure automation at scale. In this position, you'll lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide CI/CD frameworks that span on-premise and multi-cloud environments. Your mission is to create a standard, secure, and reusable pipeline model that development teams across the organization will adopt. Beyond engineering, this is a leadership role: you will mentor engineers, set technical standards, and align architecture decisions with long-term business and compliance objectives. The systems you design will ensure seamless, secure, and resilient software delivery in a fast-moving financial technology environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven track record in architecting, scaling, and governing CI/CD pipelines across multiple products and teams
• Deep expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) in production-grade, enterprise deployments
• Hands-on with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Packer, and able to set standards for their use across teams

Desired Skills & Experience

• Familiarity with build and artifact management ecosystems (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub/GitLab, CircleCI, Artifactory, SonarQube, Coverity)
• Strong grounding in containerized environments using Docker and Docker Compose
• Understanding of observability, monitoring, and compliance frameworks used in financial services

• Hands-On Engineering: 60%
• Team Collaboration, Mentorship, and Technical Leadership: 40%
