  • SAP ECC Implementation for a new business being set up
  • Snacks are being manufactured and sold within Europe
  • The project just kicked off a month ago, so the solution is manual
  • US entity, but will bill in European currencies (VAT Value-Added Tax)
  • These consultants will be coming into the requirements gathering and fit-gap stages of the project

    • Additional Information
    • ECC or S/4 HANA experience will be fine; implementations will be done in ECC, which is Campbell's current environment
    • Waterfall environment and will be followed to a "T"
    • Very functional role and will be following a global template
    • Experience working with offshore teams will be preferred
    • Candidates must be located in ET or CT and support 8:00 am to 5:00 pm ET core working hours. There may be some weekend work for deployments.

    • Responsibilities:
    Conduct requirement gathering sessions, gap-fit analysis and document functional specifications.
    Implement and configure SAP MM modules according to business requirements.
    Collaborate with on-site and offshore build teams to develop technical design specifications and build customizations (RICEF) to address gaps.
    Work with IT and business SME to build test scenarios, set up test data, including master data and support execution of test scripts for SIT and UAT.
    Create training documentation and help with train-the-trainers and end-users.
    Work closely with deployment, basis, and security teams to set up role and transport changes across the landscape.
    Collaborate with IT and business teams for cut-over and data migration activities to help support go-live readiness.
    Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP MM modules post go-live and during Hyper care.
    Collaborate with other SAP consultants to integrate MM with other SAP modules that include FI, CO, SD, WM, PP, PM and QM.

    Experience:
    At least 12-15 years of hands-on experience working as an SAP MM implementation consultant.
    In depth knowledge of SAP MM module and integration with other modules within SAP.
    At a minimum, 5 full life-cycle end-to-end SAP ERP (ECC or SAP S/4 HANA) implementation experience.
    Good understanding of procurement enterprise structure, master data, sourcing, contracting, invoicing, goods receipt, verification and payment processes.
    Knowledge and experience working with Europe VAT, GDPR and Euro Currency is highly desirable.
    In depth experience working with SAP ERP applications covering order-to-cash (OTC), procure-to-pay (PTP) and record-to-report (RTR) business processes.
    Experience working within CPG, Food, Pharma and manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
    Proficiency with ASAP (Accelerated SAP) Waterfall and Agile methodologies preferred
    Excellent communication with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks in a global delivery model.
    Bachelor's or master's degree in Sales, finance, supply chain, IT, or related field is desirable.
