Description

We are looking for a Help Desk Technician 1 to join our team in Paradise, Pennsylvania. This Contract-to-permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to provide technical support and assist users with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. The ideal candidate will have a customer-focused approach, strong problem-solving skills, and a willingness to collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network connectivity issues to ensure timely resolution.

Document user issues and resolutions in the help desk ticketing system to maintain accurate records.

Escalate complex technical problems to higher-level support teams when necessary.

Set up, install, and configure computer systems, peripherals, and software for end users.

Offer training and guidance to users on software applications and tools.

Create and maintain a knowledge base of common technical issues and solutions for reference.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree or relevant certification is preferred.

Previous experience in a help desk or technical support role (internship or 1+ years experience)

Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and Microsoft Azure.

Hands on experience and remote support.
