Job Description:

We are seeking a Principal Agentic AI Architect with strong expertise in designing, building, and deploying large-scale AI/ML systems and applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with foundation models (LLMs), AI toolchains (LangChain, MLflow, etc.), and MLOps practices for production-grade implementations. This role requires technical depth, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate across architecture, engineering, and client teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Automate AI/ML model deployment and set up monitoring for ML pipelines.
• Integrate existing and new codebases into customer data pipelines.
• Execute proof-of-concepts (POCs) and implement best practices for scalable model operations.
• Work with databases, test ML models, and use version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Build and deploy ML-powered applications using frameworks like Flask and FastAPI.
• Leverage large foundation models (LLMs) and associated toolchains such as LangChain and APIs to create production-ready tools and workflows.
• Use experiment tracking frameworks such as MLflow for reproducibility and model management.
• Develop and automate data pipelines using tools such as Apache Airflow, Kafka, and RabbitMQ.
• Automate CI/CD pipelines to manage data, code, and model updates seamlessly.
• Utilize containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes for deployment and scaling.
• Collaborate with client architecture teams, manage deployment cycles, and coordinate with AI/ML developers for solution rollout.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture, software engineering, or data science roles.
• Strong programming background in Python with practical experience in machine learning algorithms and frameworks.
• Proficiency in MLOps practices, automation, and scalable model deployment.
• Experience with Flask, FastAPI, Airflow, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and frameworks such as LangChain, MLflow, and similar tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to interface with technical and client teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience designing and deploying AI agentic architectures or autonomous AI workflows.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) for model deployment and orchestration.
• Understanding of data governance, model monitoring, and AI lifecycle management.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to lead AI-driven transformation initiatives.

• Understanding of security best practices and compliance frameworks in financial applications.
