Job Details
Role: Senior .NET Developer (Xamarin & MAUI)
Location: Austin, TX 78752. The working position is Hybrid - On Site and Telework. (Need Locals to Texas)
Duration: 3 Months
Summary:
The Worker will be expected to lead the transition of the TXMAP codebase, which is currently built on the .NET Xamarin platform, to .NET MAUI, enabling the Department s TXMAP iOS and Android mobile apps to continue functioning.
Migrate the TXMAP mobile application from the discontinued Microsoft Xamarin platform to the new Microsoft .Net Multi-platform App UI (MAUI) framework.
Required Skills:
- 8 years of Required Experience with the .Net platform
- 8 years of Required Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio
- 1 year of Required Experience with mobile development for Android and Apple mobile devices
Preferred Skills:
- 5 years of Preferred Atlassian Tool Suite, mainly JIRA
- 2 years of Preferred Experience migrating mobile applications from Microsoft Xamarin to .Net Multi-platform App UI (MAUI)
- 2 years of Preferred Experience with State of Texas applications
