Our client is a Fortune 500 hospitality company, and leads the industry in innovation, scale, and service.
They are now looking to add to their team and are seeking to hire a " Payroll Administrator . This role will be based out of Orlando, FL, and is 100% onsite.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED.
- 6 months payroll experience preferred but not required.
- Detail oriented with strong follow up and time management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate and provide excellent customer service.
- Familiarity or understanding of time and attendance systems such as Kronos or Work Force Management is a plus.
- Computer Proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
Responsibilities:
- This role will be responsible for researching and resolving timecard discrepancies for associates in California.
- Duties may include identifying timekeeping errors related to missed punches, collecting necessary information needed from leaders or HR partners to correct timecard errors to pay associates accurately. Other duties as assigned.
