This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

About The Company:

Join AT&T and reimagine the communications and technologies that connect the world. Our Corporate Systems team delivers innovative and reliable technology solutions to power differentiated, simplified customer experiences. Bring your bold ideas and fearless risk-taking to redefine connectivity and transform how the world shares stories and experiences that matter. When you step into a career with AT&T, you won't just imagine the future-you'll create it.

About The Team:
Join AT&T's Identity Tower - Help Us Build the World's Largest Identity Data Fabric!

We are standing up a green-field program to unify every human, machine, and AI identity across the enterprise. Our mission: aggregate all on-prem and cloud identity data into a single, attribute-rich profile that any application can consume in real time and any security control can trust. If you want to work on massive data pipelines, bleeding-edge identity tech, and AI-driven automation on a global scale, this is the place.

Role Summary:

Help build the largest Identity Data Fabric ever built at AT&T. You will aggregate, normalize, and correlate identity and access data from dozens of on-prem and cloud platforms, transforming it into a single, attribute-rich Unified Profile that powers Zero-Trust, IGA, and PAM programs. If you are passionate about big data, graph modeling, and cybersecurity-and love turning messy data into clean, actionable intelligence-this is the role for you.

What You'll Do:
  • Own end-to-end development of batch, streaming, and event-driven pipelines that ingest identity, entitlement, and audit data (LDAP, SCIM, REST, SQL, API, log, and file).
  • Design and implement identity correlation, matching, and de-duplication logic to create a "single source of truth" for every human and non-human identity.
  • Model data using RadiantLogic IDDF/IDDM (or equivalent) to publish global profiles over LDAP, REST, and Graph APIs.
  • Partner with IAM, PAM, HRIS, Cloud, and Application teams to understand schemas, define SLAs, and automate data quality controls.
  • Build lineage dashboards and monitoring to ensure data freshness, integrity, and compliance (SOX, PCI, HIPAA).
  • Continuously improve pipeline performance, reliability, and security through CI/CD, IaC, and automated testing.

What You'll Need To Bring:
  • 5+ years in data engineering or IAM data analytics
  • Hands-on with ETL/ELT frameworks
  • Exposure to IAM concepts: IGA, PAM, RBAC/ABAC, MFA, directory services.
  • Experience with identity protocols and APIs-LDAP, SCIM v2, REST/JSON, OAuth/OIDC, SAML.
  • Proven record of correlating identities across HR, AD/AAD, SailPoint, CyberArk, AWS/Google Cloud Platform/Azure.
  • Strong data-modeling skills (relational, graph, and/or document).

Nice To Have:
  • Radiant Logic IDDF/IDDM, Global Identity Builder, or comparable virtualization platform.
  • Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM/Bicep).
  • CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).

Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's in computer science, Data Engineering, or Cybersecurity
  • Strong communication, diagramming, and documentation abilities-able to explain complex data flows to both engineers and executives.
  • Self-starter who can prioritize, execute, and iterate in a fast-moving environment.
