Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled ERP System Administrator / Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to support the transition from Oracle EBS to Infor CloudSuite Industrial for their ERP system.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ERP systems - preferably Infor CloudSuite Industrial, though Oracle EBS experience is also acceptable.
Candidates with no ERP experience will not be considered.
This role involves system administration, BI reporting, and light help desk task delegation.
You'll be expected to quickly contribute, working closely with internal teams to deliver insights and ensure ERP performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and support the ERP system (Infor preferred, Oracle acceptable).
Provide BI support - pulling data, creating reports, and distributing insights.
Assist in offloading help desk and customer support functions.
Collaborate with internal teams for process improvements.
