IBM Project Manager

LaSalle Network is hiring an IBP Project Manager to lead transformative planning and implementation initiatives for global supply chain. This role is at the heart of driving integration between demand planning, supply planning, and operations, using world-class IBP platforms like Blue Yonder or Oracle. This is a weekly hybrid onsite opportunity based in Chicago, IL with immediate impact and visibility across business and IT teams. Strong communication, sharp planning, and a strategic mindset are key.

IBP Project Manager Responsibilities:



  • Own and lead IBP project planning, execution, and delivery across supply chain functions

  • Act as the go-to liaison between business units, IT, and vendors

  • Manage full lifecycle of IBP implementations, upgrades, or enhancements

  • Align stakeholders across supply chain, sales, finance, and operations

  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and oversee technical configuration

  • Monitor project milestones and mitigate risks before they become blockers

  • Champion change management and ensure successful user adoption



IBP Project Manager Requirements:



  • 5+ years of project management experience, including 2+ years in IBP/S&OP initiatives

  • Expertise with IBP platforms like SAP IBP, Oracle SCP, Kinaxis, or Anaplan

  • Strong understanding of supply chain principles and planning processes

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with executive stakeholders

  • PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications a plus

  • Comfortable interpreting data to drive decision-making

  • Preferred: background in manufacturing or supply chain-heavy environments
