Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of a weapon system performance mode that will support Development and Operational testing as well as capability gap analysis.
- Develop representations of threat and operating environments relevant to the
weapon system.
- Provide mission level modeling execution using the Advanced Framework for
Simulation, Integration and Modeling (AFSIM).
- Develop, apply, and evaluate advanced technologies that highlight concept
solutions across multiple mission areas.
- Provide technical integration and implementation of other system simulation
tools (e.g. threat systems) to analyze mission level survivability of weapon
system.
- Deliver metrics-based products and executive-level presentations and assist in
producing simulation-driven visualizations.
- Support special studies as needed to include experimental efforts showing
concept feasibility, analysis, data integration, and software development.
- Define and implement data models, schemas, and interface specifications for
system-of-systems environments.
- Apply systems engineering principles and MBSE practices to develop, analyze,
and manage system models.
- Utilize CAMEO Systems Modeler and related toolsets to design, document, and
validate system architectures.

- Experience with mission-level modeling and simulation tools i.e., AFSIM,
Suppressor, or EADSIM required
- Thorough knowledge of modeling and simulation methodologies required,
especially developing experimental designs, executing study plans and
constructing scenario elements.
- Experience working on classified programs.
- Experience with modern architecture frameworks and designs.
- Experience performing R&D, technology maturation and insertion, analysis,
testing, and systems engineering.
- Must be highly motivated, adept at exploring and learning about new
technologies and have a demonstrated record of successfully taking
ownership and responsibility for projects.
