RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join their team in Plano, TX .

Responsibilities:
* Lead with Influence: Drive strategic programs in partnership with VP+ leaders, accelerating business outcomes and ensuring alignment with client's overall strategy
* Bridge the gap between strategy and execution, influencing project direction and aligning teams with company goals - you'll have a voice in shaping how we get things done
* Champion Change: Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication, effectively navigating organizational change and driving continuous improvement - you'll be a champion for change, guiding teams through new technologies, processes, and ways of working; Help us evolve and stay ahead of the curve
* Deliver Exceptional Results: Develop and execute high-quality program plans, utilizing data to track progress, mitigate risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
* Own and deliver against key milestones, proactively managing risks and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes - your organizational skills and drive for results will shine
* Build and Mentor: Define and implement program management best practices, coach and mentor other program managers, and contribute to the growth of the program management community
* Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable best practices that improve program delivery and boost team velocity across the client - your ideas can have a big impact
* Leads discussions on AI-native technologies that redefine industry standards, in a platform environment
* Leverage your deep technical expertise to provide valuable insights, influence product direction, and guide critical technical decisions

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
* PMP, Agile certifications or equivalent demonstrated practical technical program management experience is desired
* 6+ years of experience building, leading and delivering complex, large-scale technical programs within a matrixed organization
* Possess deep expertise in software development methodologies and apply them effectively to programs
* Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software development approaches, architecture, and lifecycles. Experience with Agile methodologies is highly desired
* Strategic Thinker: Ability to analyze industry trends, understand client's strategy, and make data-driven decisions that accelerate business outcomes
* Exceptional Communicator: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels in a matrix organization, from individual contributors to senior executives
* Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to gather, analyze, and utilize data to assess program progress, identify risks, and drive decision-making; Familiarity with data analytics and AI/ML concepts is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
