Job Details

Staffmark is hiring a Quality Control Associate in San Diego, CA! Ensure products meet food safety and quality standards while working under the direction of the Director of Quality.

Pay: $22/hour

Shift: 1st Shift | 5:00 AM - 1:40 PM

Responsibilities:


  • Perform quality and CP checks, monitor HACCP programs

  • Review SOPs to ensure product meets standards

  • Identify and handle non-conforming products

  • Enter quality data into electronic systems

  • Provide guidance to production teams on quality and safety


Required Skills & Experience:


  • 1+ year in quality control or food manufacturing preferred

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

  • Flexible schedule to cover shifts as needed
