Job Title: Microsoft Architect Azure & AI
Location: Quad Cities, IL (100% Onsite)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Architect with deep expertise in Azure, AI, and Microsoft 365 solutions. This is a 100% onsite role in Quad Cities, IL, working on cutting-edge enterprise solutions with Azure AI and Microsoft cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and architecture of complex Microsoft technology solutions across multiple enterprise projects.

  • Architect and implement Azure-based solutions, integrating AI services such as Azure OpenAI, Azure Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Services, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure Cognitive Services.

  • Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and business leaders to align solutions with organizational goals.

  • Provide thought leadership in Azure architecture, governance, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 15+ years in Microsoft technologies, starting as a technical lead and serving as Architect in the last 5 6 projects.

  • 10 15+ years of Azure experience, including deep knowledge of M365/O365.

  • Hands-on experience with:

    • Azure AI & Azure OpenAI Service

    • Azure Copilot Studio

    • Azure AI Foundry

    • Azure AI Services

    • Azure Machine Learning

    • Azure Cognitive Services

  • 2+ years in AI solution delivery.

  • Strong understanding of data science concepts (light experience required).

  • Azure certifications preferred: AI-102, AZ-305, DP-100.

  • Big 5 consulting experience is a strong plus.

  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
