Job Description:-
Key Responsibilities: Windows System Administration:
  • Manage, configure, and maintain Windows servers (2016/2019/2022).

  • Administer Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and file/print services.

  • Perform system upgrades, patching, and security hardening.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve server and workstation issues.

Infrastructure Management:
  • Maintain and support IT infrastructure including physical/virtual servers, storage, and network devices.

  • Administer virtualization platforms (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V).

  • Monitor system and network performance using standard tools.

  • Manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions (e.g., Veeam, Azure Backup).

Security & Compliance:
  • Implement and enforce security best practices across infrastructure.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.

  • Manage user access control, permissions, and auditing.

Automation & Support:
  • Automate tasks using PowerShell or other scripting languages.

  • Provide Level 2/3 support for escalated issues and incidents.

  • Maintain accurate documentation for configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

  • 5 years of experience in infrastructure or system administration roles.

  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments and core services (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO).

  • Experience with virtualization (VMware ESXi or Microsoft Hyper-V).

  • Proficiency in scripting (e.g. PowerShell) for automation and administration.

  • Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, subnets, VLANs, firewalls).
