The Deputy Program Director is a Sr. Program Management level position to oversee and be responsible for assigned areas of cost, schedule, and performance to deliver a large complex program through analysis, requirements, design, manufacture, integration, test, delivery, and sustainment phases. The Deputy Program Director will partner with the Program Director to lead a large multiple location cross functional team to achieve plan and business objectives within scheduled time constraints while meeting all contractual requirements.

Experience and Skills
- A minimum of ten years' experience in managing complex programs with increasing responsibilities with a proven track record of leadership and operational excellence
- Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information as required by government standards
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management i.e. subordinates through the Division President and/or CEO
- Ability to interact appropriately with the public when necessary
- Ability to adhere to workplace rules
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Must have working knowledge of Department of Defense Acquisition/ Frame- work and associated design milestones.
- Ability to execute IAW cradle to grave program management best practices
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decision recommendations.
- Must be adept in Microsoft Office Suite including working knowledge of MS Project.
- Demonstrates experience in problem solving for complex, multi skill required issues.
- Ability to get along with diverse personalities, tactful, and flexible
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally when needed.
- Ability to obtain a Security Clearance
- To work at this facility, you must be a US person
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Working knowledge of Earned Value Management.
- Working knowledge of Engineering Design and Build process to include work products
- Working knowledge of Software CMMI principles and practices.
- Master's Degree in a Technical Area or MBA
- PMP and/or DAWIA Level 3 Certification in Program Management
