Job Summary:
The Healthcare Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to analyze and improve healthcare processes, systems, and operations. This individual will act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals and comply with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering: Work with business stakeholders (e.g., healthcare providers, IT teams, administrators) to identify and document business needs, project requirements, and system enhancements.
Data Analysis: Utilize healthcare data (e.g., patient records, billing, claims data) to derive actionable insights and optimize decision-making processes.
Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in healthcare workflows and recommend solutions for optimization.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all systems and processes comply with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, ACA, etc.) and standards.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business teams and IT development teams, translating technical jargon into business terms.
Reporting: Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and documentation to track project progress, performance metrics, and business outcomes.
System Implementation Support: Assist in the testing, implementation, and rollout of new healthcare IT systems or process changes.
Training and Support: Provide training and support for new systems and processes to end-users within healthcare organizations.
