Conviso Inc is hiring Servicenow Project Manager, this is a 100% REMOTE set-up position & comes with benefits, 401K & some accrued PTO. The ideal candidate will have strong ServiceNow Project Manager with comprehensive expertise across all ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, etc.


Title: Servicenow Project Manager

Role: As a ServiceNow Project Manager, you will drive digital transformation initiatives, ensure alignment with business objectives, and deliver scalable, innovative solutions while managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Experience in federal government projects is highly desirable to support compliance and security requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow projects across all modules, including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, etc
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for ServiceNow initiatives, providing strategic guidance, risk management, and stakeholder communication to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, process owners, and technical teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and align solutions with organizational goals.
  • Oversee configuration, customization, and integration of ServiceNow modules, ensuring adherence to best practices and platform standards.
  • Manage integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, or third-party tools.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to ServiceNow developers, administrators, and analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk registers, solution designs, and user adoption materials.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and change management activities to ensure successful adoption of ServiceNow solutions by end-users and support teams.
  • Monitor project performance using KPIs, SLAs, and ServiceNow reporting tools, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow releases (e.g., Washington DC, Xanadu), new features, and industry trends to drive platform innovation and optimization.


Requirements

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow, with at least 5 years in project management roles and 3+ years leading enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, workflows, and integration patterns, with hands-on experience in platform governance.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer) and configuration best practices.
  • ServiceNow certifications (preferred): Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) and/or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience in Agile, Waterfall, or SAFe methodologies and tools like Jira, MS Project, or ServiceNow PPM.


Good to Have: Experience in federal government projects, with familiarity in compliance standards (e.g., FISMA, FedRAMP, NIST) and working with agencies such as the Department of Defense, Department of Energy, or similar.
