Job Description:
- Lead business development and sales growth within the Tech Business Unit, driving new revenue and expanding market presence.
- Develop and execute an aggressive customer acquisition strategy across HiTech, Network, ISV, Telecom, and Hyperscaler (Azure & Google Cloud Platform) segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and CxO-level stakeholders to identify and close new opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align on go-to-market strategies and ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting to leadership.
- Manage the overall sales process, setting measurable goals and ensuring disciplined funnel management.
- Drive transformational change across large enterprise accounts through consultative selling and solution-driven engagement.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by building long-term, loyal, and referenceable relationships.
- Stay ahead of cloud technology trends and emerging markets to identify new business opportunities.
- Champion diversity, collaboration, and a culture of high performance within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10 15 years of experience in software, product engineering, or enterprise technology sales.
- Proven success in new business hunting and consistent overachievement of revenue goals.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based enterprise applications and SaaS solutions.
- Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated success influencing senior leaders and cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
- Excellent analytical and operational abilities with strategic execution mindset.
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent professional experience (leadership or military experience considered).
