Description:
Location: Greenwood Village, CO (Hybrid - 4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

We're seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate high-impact enterprise initiatives across mobile, messaging, and connectivity programs. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong product strategy & delivery, executive presence, cross-functional leadership, and a passion for driving strategic outcomes.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $60 - $65 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Align project delivery with broader strategic goals and business initiatives
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and orchestrate results to achieve program-level objectives
  • Define and maintain program roadmaps, success metrics, and risk mitigation plans
  • Facilitate communication and coordination across teams and stakeholders
  • Lead stakeholder engagement and ensure satisfaction across internal and external partners
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve cost, performance, and delivery timelines
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and internal processes impacting program success

Experience Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of enterprise-level project/program, and/or product management experience
  • Proven ability to present and communicate effectively with VP, GVP, and SVP-level stakeholders including running weekly project meetings
  • Strong vendor management and cross-functional leadership
  • Background in Product/Software Development or Business Analysis
  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence/Chalk, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Suite
  • Experience in mobile technologies is a plus
  • This team interfaces with hundreds of stakeholders across a high-level business unit, requiring strong relationship-building and adaptability.

Education Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree or Equivalent Experience, and certifications helpful but not required


Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
