Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical UAT/QA Analyst to support testing efforts with a primary focus on email quality control. This role is responsible for creating and executing test plans, setting up and managing test scenarios, and ensuring all system-generated email communications meet business and technical requirements. Key responsibilities include validating email triggers, formatting, content accuracy, personalization, and delivery across various platforms.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to identify inconsistencies and potential issues in both content and functionality. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to log defects, track progress, and support timely resolution ahead of production releases. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of customer-facing email communications.
