Job Title: Senior IT Support Analyst
Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite with Flex Option After 90 Days)

Overview
A leading organization in the real estate and property management industry is seeking a Senior IT Support Analyst to join their Atlanta-based corporate office. This position offers the opportunity to support a large, distributed workforce while playing a lead role in enterprise-level IT support initiatives. The role is onsite with the potential for a hybrid schedule after an initial 90-day period.

Responsibilities

Serve as the lead analyst for IT support services during enterprise-wide implementations, hardware/software rollouts, and facility tech conversions

Coordinate with end-users, IT leadership, and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues

Monitor and analyze support ticket data to identify trends, improve service quality, and drive process improvements

Create and maintain documentation for technical processes, procedures, and project tracking

Provide mentoring and guidance to junior analysts and contribute to training documentation

Manage system imaging, software upgrades, hardware installation, and endpoint configurations

Support equipment lifecycle planning, procurement, and inventory controls

Deliver hands-on support across a variety of technologies including Active Directory, Microsoft Office, Windows OS, networking hardware, and endpoint management systems

Required Skills

4?6 years of IT support experience, or a combination of equivalent education and work history

Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and Windows-based environments

Experience using Active Directory and basic endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune, Tanium)

Comfortable working independently and in fast-paced, high-visibility environments

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with ServiceNow or a similar ITSM platform

Exposure to Meraki networks or Cisco wireless technologies

Background in supporting both onsite and remote end-user environments

Basic IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.) are a plus
