Job Title:- AEM DEVELOPER

Job Description:-

Candidate will be responsible for following:

  • Technical design
  • Technical delivery
  • Providing technical direction to team and addressing roadblocks
  • Automated Unit test cases development
  • Defining best practices and making sure deliverables are adhering to it
  • Discussion with architects, customers, stake holders
  • Providing inputs for backlog prioritization
  • Identifying blockers for user stories and taking measures to address it
  • Understanding of NFRs and detailing steps to achieve NFR benchmarks
  • Performance optimization
  • Estimations of modules and stories
  • Code review

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of overall experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with AEM as a developer or tech lead
  • Capability to understand overall architecture and define detailed design
  • Minimum 2 full life-cycle implementation experience on AEM 6.x, preferably 6.3+ as Developer
  • Deep Expertise creating custom AEM components (JSP, Sightly) and OSGI bundle
  • Knowledge of AEM workflows, user management, roles and I18N knowledge
  • Content migration to AEM especially using automation techniques
  • Consume and integrate rest and soap services to AEM

Desirable skills

  • AEM Lead developer / Architect certification
  • Understanding of personalization use cases
  • Understanding of launch and Adobe analytics
  • Agile Development Methodology experience is advantageous
  • Understanding Integration of AEM with e-commerce applications in headless and non-headless deployments
  • API development experience

  • Leadership qualities
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Strong skills to effectively interface with client and other stake holders
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal direction
