The Product Group Leader Cross Development Systems is responsible for the design and development of products using data, AI, and emerging technologies. We are seeking a visionary and technically accomplished senior AI leader to spearhead our Development System's AI strategy, drive innovation, and lead cross-functional teams in delivering scalable AI solutions. This role will be pivotal in shaping the future of AI within our organization, aligning emerging technologies with business goals and regulatory standards. They address complex business problems and intricate engineering challenges and shape the technical design.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$146,000 - $256,850
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program. Responsibilities:
- Develop and architect data-driven AI solutions for the Cross Development System, encompassing Regulatory, Clinical, and Safety domains.
- Supervise the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions, including NLP, computer vision, and generative AI.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, compliance, and business partners to integrate AI into business processes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, ML engineers, and AI researchers.
- Ensure AI solutions meet scalability, performance, and ethical standards.
- Stay abreast of emerging AI trends and technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
- Conduct AI market research and competitive analysis to find opportunities and inform product strategy.
- Represent the organization in external forums, conferences, and partnerships.
Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience with at least 5 years in AI/ ML
- Leadership a leadership role.
- Consistent track record of delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions.
- Startup approach for building solutions from the ground up.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Demonstrated understanding of data governance, model lifecycle management, and ML Ops.
- Hands-on experience with software development and system architecture.
- Deep expertise in Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, Open AI SDKs, Agent Development Kit, Model Context Protocol Architectures
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Scala, C or C++.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Passion for technology and innovation, with meticulous attention to detail.
