Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Revenue Officer to lead sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence in the technology and digital solutions space. This executive role will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales organization, developing scalable sales operations, and owning the revenue lifecycle from pipeline to profitability. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CRO will shape go-to-market strategy, lead account development, and foster strategic partnerships to accelerate long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and go-to-market strategies to scale revenue from $30M to $100M+ annually.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a world-class sales and account management team.
  • Drive demand generation, close high-value deals, and expand existing enterprise relationships.
  • Oversee CRM usage, pipeline visibility, forecasting, and sales operations processes.
  • Establish sales playbooks, performance KPIs, and a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and practice leads to align offerings with client needs.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and channels to expand market reach and revenue streams.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership in the technology or consulting industry.
  • Proven track record of scaling revenues, leading enterprise sales teams, and building sales operations.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation, solution selling, and client relationship management.
  • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and sales enablement tools.
  • Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
