I am having very urgent requirement for Cyber Security Technical Support Analyst:

Role Overview:
The Technical Support and Implementation Analyst will manage the technical aspects of Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) deployment for the State of Missouri. This role involves integrating TPRM systems with State platforms, ensuring secure data handling, supporting issue tracking, and contributing to framework improvements post-pilot testing. The ideal candidate will have experience in cybersecurity, third-party risk assessment, and technical system implementation.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage technical integration of TPRM tools, ensuring compatibility and compliance with State security requirements.
• Oversee secure data handling practices in line with State policies and regulatory standards.
• Support issue tracking and resolution using platforms such as Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) and JIRA.
• Assist in the refinement and optimization of the TPRM framework following pilot testing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and risk management professionals to ensure successful system deployment and ongoing performance.
• Provide technical documentation, status updates, and recommendations for system enhancements.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, risk management processes, and secure systems integration.
• Hands-on experience with issue tracking tools such as Microsoft ADO and JIRA.
• Familiarity with third-party risk assessment methodologies and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Certifications:

• Cybersecurity/Cyber Risk Management: CRISC, CGRC, CISSP (preferred)
• Third-Party Risk Assessment: CTPRA (preferred)

Experience:

• Relevant technical and risk management experience in system deployment, preferably within a government or highly regulated environment.
