RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client, in Columbus, OH is seeking a talented and results-oriented Data Solution Architect to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision making across the agency by implementing data governance and data analytics solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Design and implement logical and physical data models to ensure efficient data storage, retrieval, and analysis
* Map data flows between various systems and applications to optimize data movement and minimize errors
* Lead the development and implementation of a master data management strategy to ensure data consistency and accuracy across the organization
* Develop and enforce data quality standards and processes to maintain the integrity of ODA's data and ensure smooth exchange with the Innovate Company platform
* Champion and implement data governance frameworks and policies to ensure data security, privacy, and accessibility within ODA and when collaborating with the Innovate Company platform
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams within ODA and with the Innovate Company platform team to understand business needs and translate them into technical data solutions that enable collaboration
* Stay abreast of emerging data management trends and technologies, evaluating their potential application within ODA and for enhancing collaboration with the Innovate Company platform
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science or a related field
* Minimum 7 years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, or a similar role
* Proven experience in designing and implementing logical and physical data models
* Experience with data governance frameworks and procedures
* In-depth knowledge of data warehousing and data management concepts
* Expertise in master data management principles and best practices
* Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation tools
* Strong understanding of data quality methodologies and data cleansing techniques
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders within ODA and with the Innovate Company platform team
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
