Job Details

Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Location: Seattle, WA

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex app development projects across cross-functional.
  • Own planning, budgeting, risk mitigation, stakeholder communications, and reporting.
  • Act as a Scrum Master guiding multiple agile teams, driving sprint execution and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment, remove blockers, and deliver value fast.
  • Manage detailed project metrics and communicate status across business and technical audiences.
  • Work hands-on with hybrid project delivery models (Agile, Waterfall, and blended).

Must-Haves

  • 10+ years of technical project management experience in software/app development.
  • Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum and hybrid methodologies.
  • PMP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent certification.
  • Background in finance or financial services is a must.
  • Experience managing global teams and navigating time zones.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale technical projects on time and within budget.
  • Hands-on expertise with Agile techniques (Burndowns, Retrospectives, TDD, CI/CD, etc.).
  • Familiarity with cloud environments and client-facing, distributed applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
  • Previous experience in a technical or development role is a major plus.
  • Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or Azure DevOps.
  • Understanding of additional Agile frameworks (Kanban, XP, Crystal).
  • Exposure to cloud-first, microservices-based architectures.
