Location: Jersey City, NJ (Onsite: 3 days/week - Mon, Tue, Thu)
Duration: 4 Months - Right to Hire (RTH)
Interview Process: 2 Rounds (Includes screen share coding exercise via Zoom)

Job Description:
We are seeking an expert-level Core Java Software Engineer to join a high-impact team working on large-scale, enterprise-level applications. This role requires deep technical expertise, a passion for innovation, and the ability to work across complex environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement creative software solutions using Core Java.
- Execute technical troubleshooting and debugging of complex systems.
- Lead and contribute to Agile teams, promoting best practices and mentoring peers.
- Participate in screen-share coding exercises and technical evaluations.
- Collaborate with infrastructure engineers and architects to optimize operational efficiency.
- Drive automation and remediation of recurring issues to enhance system stability.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies, tools, and frameworks.
- Contribute to communities of practice and share knowledge across teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Expertise in Core Java and software design techniques.
- Proven experience in large-scale, multi-platform environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Proficiency in CI/CD, TDD, Cloud Development, Security, and Resiliency.
- Ability to write secure, high-quality production code and review others' code.
- Experience with infrastructure automation and operational tooling.
- Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to coach and mentor.
- Up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
