Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Graphic and Creative Designer.  This role is perfect for a seasoned professional looking to shape visual identities across various channels and collaborate with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative direction for campaigns and brand projects, ensuring strategic alignment and visual excellence.
  • Design high-quality graphics and layouts for both print and digital materials, including marketing collateral and web graphics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into engaging visual designs.
  • Manage project deliverables, timelines, and outcomes with accountability.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and manage brand guidelines.
  • Foster creative partnerships with external agencies and vendors.

Skills

  • Proven experience in graphic design with a focus on brand and creative direction.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present design concepts effectively.
  • A robust portfolio showcasing diverse design projects, particularly in financial or B2B contexts.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for typography, imagery, and layout.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing multiple projects.
