Job Title: Sr Salesforce Developer
Location: Reston, VA Hybrid
Duration: 12+ Months Extendable
Job Description
As a valued colleague on our team, you will collaborate with team in designing, producing, testing, or implementing moderately complex software, technology, or processes, as well as create and maintain IT architecture, large-scale data stores, and cloud-based systems. Seeking a strong Senior Developer with experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Component (LWC) or STRONG Lightning Components experience. This is part of the Corporate Systems and Technology group, which supports the compliance and ethics applications.
- This role will partner with Product Managers to understand business requirements, evaluate features, translate application specifications into workable technical solutions and ensure that the solutions being built deliver real value.
- Help system teams build CICD straggly, technical challenges and utilized salesforce features which can heavily improve the work efficiency and quality.
- Meet with different stakeholders to get the requirements. Demo the solution. answers all their questions.
- Meet with other teams to understand how the integration need to be implemented
- Deep knowledge of Einstein and other Machine Learning capabilities offered by Salesforce and experience applying them for building applications that employ Artificial Intelligence.
- Knowledge of or experience working with the existing Salesforce Platform (Lightning Platform, aka , Heroku).
- Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM with end-to-end implementation experience
- Salesforce.com integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools.
- Proficiency in programming using Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, Java, JavaScript, and XML and their use in the development of CRM solutions
- Monitor the data and privacy enabled in Salesforce and the integration pipelines.
- Expert-level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community, and Marketing Clouds, as well as the Force.com Platform
- Extensive experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation rules, Process Builder, and security controls
- Experience defining business requirements, writing user stories, and providing detailed Salesforce system and functional designs
- Experience in documenting business processes and wireframing system designs using process flow diagram tools, UML, sequence diagrams, etc. as well as making recommendations for future state improved processes and system designs
