SNI Technology's client located in Colorado Springs, CO, is seeking to hire a talented Technical Project Manager for an exciting, full-time, 4-month contract-to-hire position. Please note this is a hybrid position and onsite work is required on a rotating schedule (i.e., 1 week on/1 week remote).NO C2C or sponsorship opportunities available!
General Purpose
The Technical Project Manager is responsible for collecting requirements and developing a plan to bring technical project ideas into an actionable project plan. Additionally, the Project Manager oversees the execution of the project ensuring projects are completed on time & within budget including assigning project tasks, scheduling required resources, assessing & mitigating issues & risks & providing stakeholders with project progress updates.

The compensation for this position is in the range of $32 to $41 per hour during the 4-month contract duration of the assignment with a starting annual salary range of $65K to $85K upon converting to permanent. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leads collecting project requirements from the client, the Service Design team & the Business Relationship Manager.
- Identifies non-technical business requirements such as communication plans, progress reports & potential risks needed for successful completion of technical projects.
- Leads developing project deliverables, scoping & technical requirements with the help of the Service Design & internal sales teams and converts the information into an actionable project plan with a detailed project schedule and work plan to meet project goals & deliverables.
- Ensures the project scope and schedule are achievable, change control processes are followed.
- Leads people and project resources to execute and complete assigned projects from inception to completion on time, to specifications, and in an effective and efficient manner to maximize client results & company profitability.
- Acts as a liaison, communicating & collaborating with internal employees, external client stakeholders & vendors.
- Manages vendors and suppliers' contracts & resources by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
- Manages project expenses & profitability including tracking project costs & hours worked proactively to ensure timely adjustments are made to keep the project within budget.
- Assesses issues & risks that prevent a project from being completed on time & within budget as well as developing mitigation plans to minimize issues & risks.
- Holds project resources accountable for quality results on assigned project tasks while addressing questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.
- Documents project progress using various project management tools and providing project updates on a consistent basis to various internal & external stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Measures project performance to identify areas for improvement and leading after action project reviews where project resources collaborate on areas of improvement.
- Oversees & regulates the company's technical project portfolio through the entire project lifecycle
- Actively participates in meetings and brings up issues & opportunities for improvements.
- Consistently meets utilization goals & complies with internal Service Level Agreements.
- Drives company owned vehicle when conducting company business
- Performs all other duties as assigned

- Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications
- Knowledge of Autotask project management module is preferred
- Minimum 5 years' experience identifying exact project requirements from start to finish and accurately documenting requirements
- Minimum 5 years' project management and related experience with the proven ability to lead projects through the full project life cycle on time & within budget
- Minimum 5 years' experience leading project resources, internal & external executive leadership & stakeholders in project management duties
- Must have a valid Colorado Driver's License with a clean driving record and background check (required)
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business, a related field or equivalent work experience
- Certifications or equivalent work experience demonstrating understanding of enterprise technical environments such as hypervisors, virtual machines, VPNs, Active Directory with GPOs, vendor IPSec tunnels and print servers
- Other relevant certifications are an advantage
