Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Liverpool, New York. This is a long-term contract position, ideal for someone with a strong background in business processes and documentation. The role involves analyzing and improving workflows to ensure optimal performance across various projects.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

Create detailed documentation outlining workflows, business requirements, and process improvements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate project requirements.

Design and implement business process models to support organizational goals.

Review existing documentation and update it to reflect current processes and standards.

Provide insights and recommendations to enhance business planning and control mechanisms.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.

Facilitate meetings and workshops to communicate findings and proposed solutions.

Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.

Support the development of strategies to streamline business operations.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.

Experience in business process design and documentation.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify areas for improvement.

Experience in business planning and control methodologies.

Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders effectively.

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Familiarity with tools and software for documentation and process modeling.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
