Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Director specializing in architecture and interior design to oversee the successful execution of high-end design projects. This role requires an experienced and detail-oriented individual who can lead teams, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and ensure every project aligns with creative and technical standards from concept through installation.
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple large-scale interior design projects (Architecture and Interior design), ensuring smooth progression from initial concept to final installation.
Act as the primary liaison between clients, contractors, and design teams to maintain clear communication and alignment.
Oversee design development and technical documentation while ensuring precision and quality.
Lead internal team meetings and coordinate workflows to meet project milestones and deadlines.
Review contracts and specifications to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Mentor and guide team members, fostering growth and maintaining high performance standards.
Collaborate with external stakeholders, including fabricators and consultants, to ensure project requirements are met.
Monitor budgets and timelines, ensuring projects stay within scope and financial constraints.
Maintain creative integrity and operational efficiency across all phases of project delivery.
Utilize design software such as AutoCAD and Revit to support technical and creative processes.
Requirements
Minimum of 12 years of experience in project management within residential, hospitality, or commercial design sectors.
Proven expertise in leading and mentoring teams to achieve project success.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
Demonstrated ability to review contracts and manage workflows effectively.
Comprehensive knowledge of budget management and financial processes.
Experience in negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with specifications.
Background in interior design with a focus on high-end projects.
Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
