Position: Salesforce Lead Developer

Location: Pittsburgh, PA/Dallas, TX

 

Summary:

We currently looking for solid Salesforce resource who can effectively engage with stakeholders and facilitate requirement and design discussion of setup of a sales journey for merchant product.

This journey should encompass various stages, starting from lead/prospect management, opportunity management, application intake, CPQ (configure price quote), and a seamless handoff from sales to service for implementation or provisioning.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • The Lead Developer will work with the distributed team and will be responsible for designing and implementing end to end solutions and integrate with the in-house platform and infrastructure.
  • Work with development lead and architecture team in understanding the requirements, designing and implementing the solution.
  • As a passionate hands-on Lead Programmer spend most of the time in coding and delivering quality code.
  • Write quality test cases.
  • Participate in design review and peer code review.
  • Understand the build and deployment process and be a go to person for troubleshooting live issues.
  • Work collaboratively in a global setting, should be eager to learn new technologies.

 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II certifications are required.
  • Over 10 years of proven experience as a Salesforce developer with expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce CPQ.
  • Strong understanding of Configure Price Quote (CPQ) processes, pricing methodologies, and product configuration.
  • Experience leading Salesforce development projects, including the implementation of LWC and CPQ solutions.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, and data migration best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to design and implement complex Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet project deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in agile environments.
