Title: Business Execution Consultant
Duration: 12 Months (Possible extension)
Location: Concord CA (Hybrid)

Description:

  • Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.
  • Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
  • Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
  • Client is seeking a Lead Execution Consultant, as part of the Finance and Risk Regulatory reporting function within the Commercial Banking.
  • Candidates will be interested in joining this team if they want to work in an exciting area where Data meets Banking.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5 plus years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Additional Skills:
  • Act as a key data subject matter expert for Financial & Risk Regulatory reporting.
  • Lead the execution and delivery of data transformational and remediation activities working closely with the LOB Product team(s) - Loan Delivery, Loan Accounting, Lending Collateral, and LOB leader(s) across the Lending domain of CB and CIB
  • Participate in Regulatory Data Product Backlog refinement, prioritization, pre-planning event, working with the product manager and stakeholders to define the architectural approach, capability roadmap, and high-level objectives for the roadmap.
  • Simplify the E2E data supply chain (Produce => Distribute => Use) of Lending data for high priority regulatory reporting (eg: FRY 14Q, FR 2052a), while ensuring no disruption to these high priority commitments during conversion/transformation
  • Provide vision, leadership, and industry expertise regarding complex companywide strategies that significantly influence the organization's business and financial operations

  • Plan and manage strategic initiatives, using solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of international business
Note:
  • This role is hybrid, located in an office of 3 days per week, and ability to work remote 2 days per week.
  • The Commercial Banking data team supports CB initiatives by providing data strategy, governance and enablement in support of the CB business priorities.
  • The team is required to enable and support multiple business-sponsored multi-year data initiatives and regulatory efforts, as well as provide dedicated CB data subject matter expertise to solve enterprise data issues.
  • As a member of the team, you will deliver business solutions in the areas of CB Regulatory Reporting within the Commercial Lending Domain Authorized Provisioning Point (IHUB/WCDIR) as one of the firm's strategic data sources.

Pay Range: $73/hr to $75/hr

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
